Comb 600 - Dichtungsband

Comb 600 sealing tape, the specially impregnated, pre-compressed joint sealing tape with its properties, is used in many areas of application in modern construction, where the demands on reliable joint solutions are more significant today than they were a few years ago. It is a vapor-diffusion-open, windproof material that offers reliable resistance to driving rain and UV light in exposed areas, which significantly reduces the risk of wood rot and fungal attack in adjacent materials. Comb 600 was specially developed for particularly demanding joint constructions, such as in high-rise buildings, for joints with larger tolerances and in buildings where greater resistance to external influences is required. It corresponds to the stress group BG 1 according to DIN 18 542. It is equipped with a strong self-adhesive material on one side to aid assembly and remains elastic even when the joints move. It can be installed without chemical preparation of the joint and in almost any weather.
